  2016 Development Updates:

SAE Towers renewed its lease of 2,526 square feet at 16945 Northchase Drive. Newcor Commercial Real Estate's Ryan Dierker represented the tenant, and Colvill Office Properties' Vince Strake represented the landlord. 

Ultra-Resources renewed its lease of 19,800 square feet at 400 North Belt. Richard Maloof represented the tenant, Hartman Income REIT Management. 

Bargain Storage opened a new facility at 12555 Northborough Drive. 

Hass Holdings purchased the West Road Collection neighborhood shopping center for $15 million. The 65,798-square-foot center at the northwest corner of West Road and Interstate 45 is 98 percent leased with Best Buyas the main tenant. CBRE's Richard Rizika represented the seller, JW Rich Investment Co., and Jones Lang Lasalle represented the buyer.

ORG Chemical Holdings leased 3,800 square feet at 363 North Sam Houston Parkway. Moody Rambin's Terri Torregrossa and Kurt Kistler represented the building's owner while Townsend Interests' Michael Townsend represented the tenant. 

Blue Water Shipping leased 2,896 square feet at 16945 Northchase Drive. 

Suncoast Post Tension renewed its lease of 7,607 square feet at 509 North Sam Houston Parkway as well as leasing an additional 26,951 square feet.Jones Lang Lasalle's Louie Crapitto represented the tenant in this transaction while Moody Rambin's Terri Torregrossa and Kurt Kistler represented the building's owner, Kruggel Properties.   

Porsche is constructing a new car dealership. The new facility is expected to be more than 64,000 square feet in size and will feature 26 service bays along with a second-floor customer lounge where customers can customize their vehicle and a and indoor, car wash station. 

Amazon is constructing an 855,000-square-foot fulfillment center in Pinto Business Park at the corner of Interstate 45 and the North Sam Houston Parkway. Construction is expected to begin in the third quarter 2016, with operations projected to begin in the third quarter 2017. 

Lowe's has leased 159,913 square feet at the Prologis Greens Parkway facility. 

LS Energy Fabrication, LLC has leased 5,600 square feet at 400 North Belt.Office Space Advisors represented the tenant and Hartman Income REIT's Jennifer Rabon represented the landlord. 

Rapid Laser has leased 11,516 square feet at Hardy Properties at Intercontinental, located at 15503 West Hardy Road. 

Industrial Property Trust purchased a 190,565 square-foot industrial building at 302 West Road. The building is fully leased to Victory Packaging

Adel Karas leased 2,185 square feet at 11811 North Freeway. Micah McQueen represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT. 

Eagle American Insurance Company leased 834 square feet at 11811 North Freeway. Richard Maloof represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

TriGate Capital purchased Northbelt Office Center II from seller C-III Asset Management

Bureau Veritas leased 44,000 square feet at Greenspoint Park. Jones Lang Lasalle's Ronnie Deyo, Beau Bellow and Todd Schaefer represented the tenant while Transwestern's Michelle Wogan and Evelyn Ward represented the landlord. 

White Oak Operating leased 22,000 square feet at 16945 Northchase Drive.Colvill's Damon Thames and Tripp Pruitt represented the landlord andTranswestern's Michelle Wogan and Evelyn Ward represented the tenant. 


Nabors Industries purchased the 341,000-square-foot One Commerce Green located at 515 West Greens Road. The company occupies the entire building.
