In March, Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages (an Arca Continental Company), will finalize its move to the southwest quadrant of the District known as Pinto Business Park.
This will be Coke’s newest plant built in the U.S. in the last 10 years, consisting of one million square feet of production, distribution, warehouse and sales space and approximately 1,000 employees!
In 2020, the North Houston District will complete its Livable Centers Study, in partnership with the Houston-Galveston Area Council, focused on improvements to the Greenspoint quadrant.
This exciting project could result in redevelopment of resilient housing in the area, the creation of a Central Park along the bayou, improvements to sidewalks near schools, a new bus rapid transit system, and redevelopment of Greenspoint Mall.
