Greens Crossing Linear Art Park is being developed in coordination with the Simmons Vedder business park, integrating public space and placemaking elements into a commercial corridor. Located along Greens Crossing Boulevard between Greens Parkway and Gears Road, the project introduces a connected linear park system featuring pedestrian walkways, landscaped areas, and a series of plazas.

The park includes four plazas, with the primary plaza anchored by a signature Eric Ober sculpture at the intersection of Greens Crossing Boulevard and Greens Parkway. Additional features include pedestrian lighting, seating, and enhanced streetscape elements designed to improve accessibility and visual continuity.

This project reflects a coordinated effort to incorporate public amenities into private development, supporting corridor activation and reinforcing long-term investment in the North Houston area.
