About
Dylan Park is located adjacent to the North Houston Skate Park. A park without limits, it has features developed to engage children who are sight impaired, hearing impaired, autistic or wheelchair-bound. The playground equipment is wheelchair-accessible to allow families with special needs children to explore the different interactive textures and surfaces.
The park also includes open grassy areas, walking trails and a butterfly garden. Dylan Park is named after Dylan Newman, an area child who was a victim of child abuse and later passed away from his injuries.
