Opportunity and Growth in the North Houston District
The North Houston District is a management district founded in 1991 to serve a 12-square mile area surrounding the intersection of I-45 North and the North Sam Houston Parkway.
The District exists to supplement the work of local government and community partners in an effort to help keep the area appealing, safe, accessible, and green – so that investors want to invest here, businesses want to locate here, employees want to work here, and people want to live and visit here.
