The North Houston District is proud to honor the trailblazing women shaping our community through the North Houston Leading Ladies series. Each month, we shine a light on a woman whose work, leadership, and heart are making a meaningful impact—whether through public safety, business, nonprofit leadership, or community advocacy.

Why It Matters

Our District is strengthened by the women who invest their time, talent, and leadership into making North Houston a place people want to be. Leading Ladies was launched to amplify these stories and showcase the many ways women are helping our region thrive. This series isn’t just a celebration—it’s an invitation to recognize those who go above and beyond for the betterment of our community.

Meet Our Honorees

Each of these women has a unique story that reflects the values and vitality of North Houston:

🔹 Tracy Harrison – As Vice President of Public Safety for the North Houston District, Tracy brings her military and law enforcement background to the forefront, strengthening community-police relationships and building programs that matter.
