North Houston District Partners with Houston Police Department for 2024 Apartment Safety Initiative
The North Houston District provides a variety of public safety programs and activities to supplement the hard work of local law enforcement agencies, including a partnership with the Houston Police Department to host a Blue Star Multi-Housing Program training for apartment communities within the city limits.

Houston Police Department’s Blue Star Multi-Housing Program is a proactive outreach designed to reduce the potential for crime and raise awareness among apartment managers, owners, and residents.
Apartment managers and owners can register for a free HPD North Belt Division training opportunity.
- Class spaces are limited.
- Pre-registration is mandatory.
- No entry after 8:00 a.m.
- The North Houston District provides meals.
