One of the strongest assets of the North Houston District is our location at Interstate 45 North and the North Sam Houston Parkway. With easy access to three major traffic arteries, companies recognize the advantages of the District’s proximity to the George Bush Intercontinental Airport, Port Houston and other major activity centers throughout the city.

As our region continues to grow, and more logistics and distribution operations choose North Houston, focused attention on long term mobility including freeway expansions, multimodal transportation, and pedestrian priority take center stage.
